The helicopter went ahead of me! The victim hits the spike strip that the helicopter dropped. I get angry and I start smashing into the criminal. I get ahead of the criminal. He's on my tail. I drop a spike strip take down! YAY!!!! I finished the mission and i got promoted to patrol man.
